AND INFO
☆ MY SCHEDULE:
FOR MY HOME STUDIO,
My typical schedule is Tuesday - Friday from 10 am - 5 pm, and Saturdays from 1 pm - 5 pm.
My studio does not take walk-ins. An appointment is required for all tattoos!
This is my full-time career and most of my hours are during normal work week hours. On the rare occasion, I will work outside of these hours, but it is not a given.
FOR GUEST SPOTS,
My schedule will vary based on the schedule of the studio I am guesting at. I will generally try to keep similar hours to my usual schedule, but this may not always be the case!
Once I know my schedule for guest spots, I will make a post about it with my booking form for the spot!
☆ REMINDERS:
I cannot tattoo you if you are under the age of 18, even with parental consent.
I cannot tattoo you if you are pregnant.
I cannot tattoo you if you are on accutane or have been in the last 6 months.
I cannot tattoo you if you have consumed ibuprofen, advil, or alcohol within 24 hrs of your appointment.
I will not tattoo other people's art.
I will not tattoo anything hateful.
Please alert me of any relevant health issues or allergies.
☆ INK COLORS:
I currently only offer black and grey ink.
I may offer alternate colors in the future.
☆ NUMBING AGENTS:
I do not work with numbing cream nor work on areas where numbing cream has been applied to.
This is because numbing agents can change the texture of the skin, making it more difficult to work on. This could mean sacrificing the quality of my work, which is not fair to you, nor is it something that I am comfortable doing.
☆ EVENTS:
I am available for tattooing at events and parties when my schedule allows.
Weddings, work events, influencer events, launch parties, birthday parties, you name it!
Pricing depends on a variety of factors such as time, designs, how many people, travel, etc.

☆ THE APPOINTMENT:
The appointment will be at Figura 22 Tattoo and Art Studio.
Please make sure to be on time to your appointment, no need to be early as I may have appointments before you.
Please be sure to bring your ID!
Make sure to wear comfortable clothes that make it easy to access the area we plan to tattoo.
Please don't consume Ibuprofen, Advil, Alchohol, or THC within 24 hours of your appointment.
Drink plenty of water and make sure to eat within 2 hours of your appointment.
Please notify me of any medical conditions or allergies before your appointment. Including, but not limited to, latex, adhesives, certain ink pigments, petroleum, etc.
You are welcome to bring up to 2 people with you to your appointment, however, please make sure to let me know beforehand.
☆ AFTERCARE:
Leave your second skin on for 24 - 48 hours, then remove in the shower under warm water. To remove, pull the second skin off like a command strip, not like a bandaid.
When the bandage is removed, thoroughly wash your tattoo with an unscented, antibacterial soap. Only use a clean, bare hand to wash.
Pat your tattoo & surrounding area dry with a clean paper towel (not a cloth towel as fibers can get stuck in your tattoo and cause infection).
Apply a thin layer of Aquaphor (or an unscented lotion alternative as needed, keeping the tattoo hydrated.
Wash 2-3 times per day following the previous steps.
Avoid scratching your tattoo & avoid tight clothing that may excessively rub on the tattooed area.
NO SWIMMING, BATHING, OR HOT TUBS FOR TWO WEEKS. AVOID SUNBATHING, SUNSCREEN, TANNING, AND DIRECT SUNLIGHT FOR TWO WEEKS.
☆ LIFETIME AFTERCARE:
Your tattoo is no longer considered an open wound after 2 - 3 weeks, however your skin may take up to 3 months to fully settle.
Continue using lotion as needed or when your tattoo looks dry.
Keeping your tattoo and the skin around it hydrated can help prevent fading and discoloration.
You should always put sunscreen on your tattoo anytime you are in the sun.
If needed, you may schedule a touch up at least 4 weeks after your initial tattoo appointment.

☆ DESIGNS:
FLASH,
You already know what this tattoo is going to look like :)
Most of my flash designs are currently repeatable, however, designs that have not been tattooed before will be prioritized!
If you see a flash design that you really enjoy, but want slightly different, please submit a custom booking request referencing which flash piece you enjoyed and what changes you would like!
I am currently taking on more flash tattoos than customs. Flash is my art that I am excited about and will always be prioritized!
CUSTOMS,
Custom designs are always welcome as long as you're comfortable with them being in my style.
I will not send any custom designs before the appointment, but I will usually have a few variations ready and we will have plenty of time to discuss and alter anything that isn't perfect!
I will only take on custom pieces that I enjoy the concept of and feel confident in executing in my style!
☆ FLASH DESIGNS:
Flash tattoos are my pre-drawn designs.
Most of my flash designs are currently repeatable, however, I will likely only tattoo them 1-3 times.
Flash designs will always be prioritized when I am booking new appointments, so it is generally a guaranteed way to get on my books.
Flash designs that have not been tattooed before will get booked first.
If you see a flash design that you really enjoy, but want slightly different, please submit a custom booking request referencing which flash piece you enjoyed and what changes you would like!

☆ CUSTOM DESIGNS:
I love making your tattoo visions and dreams come to life.
Custom designs are just that, custom, made just for you. All customs are only tattooed once to keep them unique to you.
When submitting your booking form please be as descriptive as possible! This helps me to be able to give you the most accurate price, and to design something beautiful for you!
I will only take on custom pieces that I enjoy the concept of and feel confident executing in my style!
When requesting a custom piece, please keep in mind that I will never copy or steal another artist's work. The only exception to this is if you have a tattoo ticket from the artist.
If I don't think I am the best artist to execute your vision I am more than happy to give you a reference to an artist that I think would better suit your request!
Any custom designs I create that are cancelled may be put up for grabs as flash pieces.

☆ FREEHANDED DESIGNS:
Freehand tattoos are where I draw the design directly on you with skin-safe markers/pens to make the design flow with your body.
These are perfect for filling in funky spaces in between existing tattoos, or if you want something that feels like it flows with your anatomy!
Freehand tattoos at a fun, trust the process, kind of shenanigan! (and no one will ever have the same tattoo!)

☆ TOUCH UPS:
FOR MY WORK
Initial touchups on my own work are free.
You must wait a minimum of 4 weeks from your original appointment to schedule a touchup.
Additional touchups will not be free and will likely be between $50-$100.

"Touchup Booking" section.
FOR ANOTHER ARTIST'S WORK
It is not common for artists to touch up another artist's work.
I will very rarely touch up another artist's work. However if you would like me to touch up another artist's work, I am more likely to take it on if you are getting a new tattoo from me in the same appointment.
I will always suggest reaching out to the original artist first, as they may touch it up for free, and it creates opportunity for artists to learn and improve their technique!
☆ COVER UPS:
Coverups are pretty self explanatory! This is where we do a tattoo to cover up an existing tattoo that you have fallen out of love with.
I take on coverups very rarely, on a case by case basis, and will only choose to take one on if I feel confident in my ability to cover up your specific tattoo.
I appreciate a generous amount of artistic freedom when I do coverups.

☆ PLACEMENT:
To book an appointment, I will need to know roughly what placement you are thinking of getting so that I am able to quote you a price.
This doesn't mean we can't alter the placement at your appointment, however if we change the placement or size drastically, your initial quote may no longer be valid.
Please note, there are some areas of the body that I will not tattoo:

☆ BOOKING:

I typically open my books 2 months at a time and when my books are open my booking form can be found in my bio!
To be considered for booking please fill out a booking form and I will get back to you via email!
I will NOT accept booking requests via DM!
Once my books are closed, the booking form will be taken out of my bio and no more requests will be taken on for the given booking period!
If a cancellation occurs and I have a last minute opening | will post on my instagram! This is the only time when requests through DM will be honored!
It is important to note that flash tattoo requests will be prioritized, however, I still love to do custom pieces!
Please be aware that my studio's minimum is $100 and this is due at the time of booking as a deposit!

Once I see your request, I will reach out to you via email to set up an appointment! In your response please include a healed picture of your piece that way I can get an idea of what all needs touched up!Please keep all communication to the email chain!

☆ GUEST SPOT BOOKING:

To be considered for booking please fill out the GUEST SPOT booking form. Please include what city the tattoo request is for in the designated section.
Please note: This form is only for tattoos done outside of my home studio in Austin, Texas. Please be sure to fill out the correct form for your city!
If you need to reschedule or cancel your guest spot appointment, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to get you in. If a last minute cancellation occurs and I have a last minute opening, I will post on my instagram! This is the only time when requests through DM will be honored!

☆ GROUP APPOINTMENTS:
We can absolutely tattoo your friends or family in the same appointment!
Please have each person who is wanting a tattoo fill out a request form and put each other's names in the "notes" section.
I'll then send out emails and we can book you back to back so you can all come together.
Everyone will have to place a separate deposit.
☆ PRICING:
My pricing is by piece, not hourly, based on size, placement, design, and complexity.
I do, however, also offer half day and full day sessions at $600 and $1000 respectively!
I do not send out quotes until after a booking request form has been filled out. Quotes are then sent out during the booking process for those who I have chosen to move forward with scheduling!
Flash tattoos will often be slightly cheaper than a custom piece of a similar size and intricacy!
The shop minimum is $100 and is paid at the time of booking your appointment as a deposit. This deposit secures your appointment and then goes directly to the total cost of your piece!
For guest spots my pricing may vary slightly compared to when I am at my home studio. This can be due to a variety of reasons, from shop standards, travel costs, supply costs, etc.
☆ DEPOSITS:
FOR MY HOME STUDIO,
Deposits are required to schedule a tattoo appointment.
Deposits can be placed through the scheduling link sent via email if your request has been chosen in this round of booking.
A deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
The entire amount of your deposit goes towards the total cost of your tattoo.
All deposits made are non-refundable but transferable if the appointment is rescheduled prior to 48 hours before your appointment.
FOR GUEST SPOT APPOINTMENTS,
The deposit may be higher or lower, but all of it will still go towards the total cost of your tattoo.
☆ TIPPING:
Now for tipping... It can be a sensitive subject, but better that we get it out in the open!
Tipping is never required or expected, but very appreciated!
For those that want to tip but aren't sure on how much to, the industry standard is 15-25% of the total appointment price (similar to the other cosmetic industries)!
Non-monetary tips are also appreciated! Such as handmade gifts, trinkets, etc. (No food, please).
☆ COMMUNICATION:
All communication regarding booking tattoos will go through email! As I go through the booking request forms, I will send out an email to everyone regarding the status of your booking requests!
Please keep ALL correspondence through the initial email chain! That means all questions, comments, concerns, etc! Multiple email chains and DM conversations make it very difficult to keep track of everything, so staying on the original email chain will ensure the quickest and most accurate communication from me to you!
This is also something to reassure and protect you all as clients! I have had many fake accounts already trying to impersonate me and scam you guys!
On the rare occasion when I have a late opening, I may post about it on my story and this is the only time that I will use Instagram for booking!

If you ever come across a fake account or get contacted by anyone trying to impersonate me please let me know so that we can avoid anyone getting taken advantage of!
Important to note: I will NEVER ask for your personal phone number!! Nor will I ever ask you to directly send me any money (your deposit will be paid directly through my studios website and will secure your appointment)! If someone does ask you to do any of these things, who says they are me, that is NOT me and please do not give them anything!
☆ RESCHEDULING:
Things come up, life happens! Trust me I know.
If you need to reschedule please reach out to me at least 48 hours before your appointment, we can work together to find a new time that works!
You can then find the original booking confirmation email (from the scheduling website, not from me) and click the reschedule option.
If it is within 48 hours of your appointment I will have to do it manually, so make sure to let me know asap to avoid being considered a "no show".
Rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a forfeit of deposit.
If, for whatever reason, you need to reschedule your appointment a second time, you will be required to make a new deposit.
FOR GUEST SPOT APPOINTMENTS,
If something comes up and you are unable to make it to your appointment, I cannot guarantee you another appointment due to my limited time there.
All deposits are non-refundable.
☆ CANCELLATIONS:
Things come up, life happens! Trust me I know.
I strongly recommend rescheduling vs. cancelling to avoid losing your deposit.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please reach out to me at least 48 hours before your appointment.
You can then find the original booking confirmation email (from the scheduling website, not from me) and click the cancel option.
If it is within 48 hours of your appointment I will have to do it manually, so make sure to let me know asap to avoid being considered a "no show".
Cancelling will always result in loss of deposit.
☆ NO SHOWS:
If you no-show your appointment your deposit will be forfeited.
Depending on the specific situation, you may no longer be allowed to book with me in the future.
If you're running late, make sure to let me know! If you show up more than 30 minutes late to your appointment, you will be considered a no show!
